Partnerships Manager APAC

Sales team, Sydney, Australia.

As our Partnerships Manager you’ll be responsible for owning and developing our relationships
with clients, agencies and affiliate networks across the APAC region.

You’ll also be responsible for driving new revenue from the above relationships, growing revenues
generated from existing, or cultivated, relationships and client base.

Commercial awareness, negotiation skills and the ability to identify and build on business
development opportunities are some of the key skills that we are looking for in this role.

Client Success Manager APAC

Delivery team, Sydney, Australia is seeking a client success manager to join their Sydney-based delivery team.

You will be well versed in technical account management and client handling, working across the business’s client base and producing technical campaign optimisations that deliver growth, enabling the business to hit individual KPIs and wider business targets.

 As a client success manager in a technical environment, you will be expected to have experience in digital marketing and to be well versed in client handling.

Client Success Executive APAC

Delivery team, Sydney, Australia is seeking a Client Success Executive to join their existing global Client Success team.

You’ll slot into our day-to-day offering of nurturing existing business, growing a low-to-mid tier individual client portfolio alongside supporting our Client Success Management team with larger projects across the APAC side of the business.

You are expected to have close attention to administrative detail, ensuring the Client Success team have the tools to ensure transparency across the business. This will lead to you producing regular reports and reviews of campaigns back to the clients and to teams along with recommended improvements.

If you’re doing all the above correctly, you’ll be successfully delivering against a specific set of targets, including engagement KPIs, administrative accuracy and ultimately monthly company revenue targets.
